Disclosed are a data sending method, restoring method and a device. The data sending method comprises: modulating data to be sent, so as to obtain a modulated symbol, the modulated symbol being represented by two components being I and Q; mapping the modulated symbol to a first designated subcarrier; performing I/Q swapping on the demodulated symbol, and mapping the demodulated symbol to a second designated subcarrier; and sending the mapped demodulated symbol. Through the present invention, the problem of low reliability of the conventional data sending method is solved, and a more desirable frequency diversity effect is achieved.
