Disclosed in the present invention is a spanner, which comprises a handle (20), a clamping hook (10), a rotating shaft (30) and a spring (40). The clamping hook (10) comprises a rotating table (16), the handle (20) is provided with an assembling groove (24) matched with the rotating table (16), the clamping hook (10) is fixed in the assembling groove (24) of the handle through the rotating shaft (30), and the spring (40) is set between the clamping hook (10) and the handle (20). The spanner has locking function and can be inserted and drawn as a handhold. The spanner uses a simple structure to realize the locking and inserting-drawing function, which is different from the conventional spanner mounted on the panel, and the spanner is especially suitable for the module with high integration level and compact space such as a fan module, a power module and so on, thus expanding the conventional spanner. In addition, the spanner has high intensity, is small in volume and simple in structure, and at the same time has good hand feeling and appearance.
