<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure which prevents foreign matters such as earth, sand or water from entering the inside by extending a labyrinth portion composed between a slinger and a seal body, and guides the foreign matters in a direction avoiding a sliding position even when the foreign matters such as earth, sand or water enter the inside. <P>SOLUTION: Between the slinger 20 and the seal body 22, an annular labyrinth portion Lp with an axial labyrinth 1Lp extended in axial direction and a radial labyrinth 2Lp successively extended in radial direction from the axial labyrinth 1Lp, is configured of an annular first turning portion 30 formed by extending an encoder material up to the inner peripheral side of the slinger 20 so as to cover a radial extending end 20t of the slinger 20, and an annular second turning portion 32 formed by extending a seal material 26 so as to cover an axial end 24t of a mandrel 24.
