<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opto-electric composite module capable of improving temperature characteristics of a light emitting/receiving element. <P>SOLUTION: An opto-electric composite module 11 includes: a ferrule 12 having an optical fiber insertion hole 14 in which a glass fiber 15 is inserted, and provided with an electrode 13 on a fixed surface 12a on an insertion direction front side of the glass fiber 15; a light emitting/receiving element 16 attached on the fixed surface 12a of the ferrule 12 so as to be electrically connected to the electrode 13; and a circuit board 32 to which the ferrule 12 is fixed. The light emitting/receiving element 16 has a heat sink 31 on a rear surface side thereof, and the heat sink 31 is in contact with the circuit board 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
