<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift fork of a transmission so configured that a claw part slidably moving in a sleeve groove has high wear resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This shift fork of a transmission includes a boss part 11 fixed to a fork shaft 6 to be integrally movable in the axial direction of the fork shaft 6, an arm part 12 formed to extend from the boss part 11 while being divided into two parts, and the claw part 13 which is positioned at the end of the arm part 12 and engaged with the sleeve groove 32 of a sleeve 3.
