<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle safety control device not activating engine output limit not intended by a user even if a foot slightly touches a brake pedal when the user depresses an accelerator pedal during driving, and capable of securing braking force by a brake even when an accelerator operation not intended is performed. <P>SOLUTION: An accelerator operation amount is detected by an accelerator position sensor 109, and an electronic throttle is controlled by an air amount control means 203 in response to the accelerator operation amount. When it is detected that an accelerator and a brake are simultaneously operated, the air amount control means 203 is instructed so that engine output is limited by an engine output limitation determination means 302.
