Novelty: a water reheater is disclosed exploiting the exhaust gases of a heating unit (radiator) and aiming at compensating the lost heating of the heating unit’s returning waters and reducing the combustible material in use (petrol, natural gas, lignite, firewood). Constitution: the metal cylinder (fig.2), pre-chambers of ingoing and outgoing exhaust gases (fig.2.2), the main body permeated by water (fig.3.3) heated up by the external surface (fig.2.6) of eight tubes meant for the exhaust gas escape (fig.3.2). In the interior of the exhaust gas tubes there are exhausts retarders (fig. 2.7 and fig.3.1) ensuring the heat increase of the foregoing tubes and consequently, the temperature of the reheater’s water. The number of the exhaust gas tubes depend on the volume of the exhaust gases produced in the boiler in combination to the volume of the water passing from the reheater’s cylinder so that the water can be reheated at the greatest possible temperature by the water ingressing the reheater. |
