A rapid vacuum powder material feeder that feeds from the bottom for sealed containers, comprising a powder material tank (1), a powder material pipe (2), and a ball valve (4) installed on a material inlet at the bottom of a container (5), one end of the powder material pipe (2) connecting to the ball valve (4), and the other end connecting to the powder material tank (1), the upper portion of the container (5) connecting to a vacuum pump (6). Vacuum feeding enables short material feed distance and rapid feed speed. After entering the container, powder material is directly and rapidly mixed with the water inside of the container and dispersed, forming a powder-encapsulating water mode, thereby preventing the powder from flying and polluting the environment. An air hole (3) provided on the powder material pipe is conducive to accelerating the material feed speed. The device lessens the labor intensity, reduces powder material loss, conserves production cost, and enhances production efficiency.
