PURPOSE: A sample treating device is provided to enhance efficiency and to detect a sample and the state of a sample container. CONSTITUTION: A sample treating device comprises: an image detection device for acquiring image information; an impemic/hemolytic sample detection device(10) for detecting an impemic state or hemolytic state of the sample; and a label peeling device for peeling a part of label(27) attached on the side of the test tube. |
