<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily calculate a detection position on a microchip. <P>SOLUTION: On lateral sides in an X direction of a microchip installation part 18 on a top face of a moving stage 2, a microchip urging mechanism 12 and an X direction position regulation part 14 are provided facing each other across the microchip installation part 18. The microchip urging mechanism 12 includes a pressing member 12a which expands and contracts in the X direction by an elastic member. The pressing member 12a presses a microchip device 3 installed on the microchip installation part 18 to the side of the X direction position regulation part 14.
