<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for displaying media assets including rich media assets and low-bandwidth media assets. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that the rich media assets are present in a memory of a user device 20, as part of transmitting a first support text to the user device by a remote server 60 and displaying the first support text at the user device, the rich media assets present in the memory are displayed. When it is determined that the rich media assets are not present in the memory, as part of transmitting a second support text and the low-bandwidth media assets as substitutes of the rich media assets by the remote server and displaying the second support text by the user device, the low-bandwidth media assets are displayed.
