<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry out a discharging operation by detecting the biting of a foreign object at a motor-operated valve in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A current flowing through the motor M of a closed valve is detected by a motor current detection means C4. Then, when an overcurrent (lock current) generated by an overload is detected, the motor M is reversely rotated to return a valve element at a fixed angle in a valve opening direction. By detecting the overcurrent, the biting of a foreign object is detected concurrently with the occurrence of the biting, and the motor M is immediately stopped or reversely rotated to smoothly carry out a foreign object discharging operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
