<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which facilitates the insertion and the removal of a card member, secures the waterproofness of an opening, and securely holds a lid member on the opening. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 10 includes: a housing 11 where a display part 12 is provided on a surface 11A; an opening 15 provided on a side surface 11C of the housing 11; a lid member 20 closing the opening 15 so as to open and close the opening 15; a cylinder part 22 provided on a rear surface 11B of the lid member 20; an O ring 31 provided on an outer side surface 23 of the cylinder part 22; and an engagement part 32 provided so as to be closer to the lid member 20 side relative to the O ring 31 on the outer side surface 23 of the cylinder part 22.
