The arrangement has a disturbance detector (S) for detecting a disturbance factor for an electrical interconnection between male and female components (1, 2), where the male component is exposed to the disturbance factor. The disturbance factor is weather condition, animal, leaf and/or object. The detector comprises a light barrier, movement alarm units, fire alarms, a metal detector unit, a camera and a computing unit. A fan, a headlight washing nozzle and a windscreen wiper are arranged adjacent to the male component. The detector comprises a moisture sensor and a hygrometer. The male component is designed as a charging plug, a bottom induction plate or a mat, and the female component is designed as a socket or a clutch. An independent claim is also included for a method for protecting an electrical interconnection against interference.
