The storage has a water storage container formed as a film bag that is attached at an upper end of a lifting body i.e. air-filled torus, or mold part made of closed cell plastic foam. A vaporizer (1) of a heat pump (WP) is provided with a suitable, micro and/or nano-structured surface (2) that prevents formation of ice crystals (4) and adhesion of ice by repellence of water. The surface is glued on the vaporizer in form of a film or set with surrounding storage water with static pressure.
