The magnet rotor has an annular permanent magnet (1) having a top surface, and attachment elements (2,3) that are made ?[deg] f sheet metal blank. The annular permanent magnet and attachment element are staggered together. Additional electrical solenoids (5) are also provided in the magnet rotor.
