PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generation device capable of deforming an image displayed on a display panel with a small amount of image processing.

SOLUTION: A storage part 42 stores multiple positions on which multiple specific points are respectively displayed in an image associated with image data on a display panel. A reception part 41 accepts a change instruction for instructing a change of one of the multiple positions that are included in deformation information and are stored in the storage part 42. A change part 43 changes the one position according to the change instruction. A calculation part 44 calculates positions on which points other than the multiple specific points are displayed in the image on the display panel on the basis of the multiple positions after the one position is changed. An image generation part 45 deforms the image associated with image data according to the calculated positions and the multiple positions after the one position is changed and generates a deformation image on which marks are placed on the multiple specific points. Therefore, the deformation image on which marks necessary for deforming the image by a user's deformation instruction are placed is displayed on the display panel.
