<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication device, communication control method and program, capable of improving the operability of data sharing. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of communication devices are overlaid in order of a communication device 1a, a communication device 1b and a communication device 1c from the top. Each communication device has a shared area 20 which is set for mutually sharing data. The communication device 1a displays an icon 30a associated with data in a non-shared area. The icon 30a is a jacket image associated with music data, for example. A user touches the icon 30a and moves the icon 30a to the shared area 20 by drag and drop.
