<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and others, which can achieve space saving while preventing characteristic degradation. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: one or a plurality of first wiring each extending along a first direction on a substrate, and each having a main wiring portion and a branch wiring portion which are placed separately; one or a plurality of second wiring each having a trunk wiring portion extending along a second direction different from the first direction on the substrate, and a plurality of branch wiring portions each extending along the first direction in a gap region between the main wiring portion and the branch wiring portion; one or a plurality of transistors in the plurality of branch wiring portions individually function as a gate electrode, each having a source region formed in the main wiring portion and the branch wiring portion, and a drain region formed among the plurality of branch wiring portions, and each being formed by being divided into multiple pieces along the second direction; and one or a plurality of third wiring each extending along the second direction and electrically connected to the drain region of the transistor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
