DETERIORATION PREDICTION METHOD FOR MOLDING, MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MOLDING ON THE BASIS OF DESIGNING OBTAINED BY THE SAME, AND MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and immediately predicting deterioration of a resin material molding.

SOLUTION: A deterioration prediction method is a method to predict deterioration of molding made of a resin material due to one or more types of deterioration factors. The method includes: a step (S1) of acquiring a time function for one dimensional penetration of each deterioration factor into the resin material; a step (S2) of acquiring shape data on the molding; a step (S3) of acquiring environmental data about usage of the molding; a step (S4) of calculating a three-dimensional penetration profile of each deterioration factor into the molding on the basis of the shape data and the environmental data; a step (S5) of acquiring a relational expression between each deterioration factor level and deterioration; and a step (S6) of applying the relational expression between the deterioration factor level and the deterioration to the three-dimensional penetration profile of the deterioration factor, and calculating a three-dimensional deterioration profile within the molding.
