ROLL SHRINK LABEL AND CONTAINER PRODUCED BY USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll shrink label capable of peeling off an adhesion object by hand without a paste residue and peeling off an adhesion object from a substrate with a hot alkali aqueous solution easily and without a paste residue.

SOLUTION: A roll shrink label is composed of a base film, a first adhesive layer consisting of a first hot-melt binder which is formed at an end of the container and a second adhesive layer consisting of a second hot-melt binder which is formed at the other end of the container. The first adhesive layer may be dispersed or dissolved in a 1.5 wt.% of NaOH aqueous solution at 90°C and the second hot-melt binder has a viscosity at 110°C of 0.1 Pa s or more and 20 Pa s or less in decreasing the temperature, a viscosity at 115°C of 1000 Pa s or more and 10000 Pa s or less in increasing the temperature and a viscosity at 130°C of 100 Pa s or more and 1000 Pa s or less.
