<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back structure that ensures superior support power according to a physique difference of a seated person. <P>SOLUTION: A seat back 30 arranged to the backward of a seat cushion 10 includes: a back frame 31; and a net member 40 that is provided to a back frame 31. The back frame 31 includes: right and left both side frames 33 that extend to the vertical direction; and an upper frame 32 formed striding over the upper end of both side frames 33. The upper frame 32 is formed in a dented curve that becomes gradually larger backward from the right and left both ends toward the center part in the seat width direction. A first tension adjusting device 50 that regulates right and left tensions of the net member 40 is arranged between both right and left sides of the net member 40.
