<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably assist a user in training a sense of physical balance according to a condition of the user which may dynamically vary. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal that is possessed by the user using a balance training device applying a predetermined exercise load, includes: a movement detecting unit for detecting the movement of the user relative to the predetermined exercise load applied to the user; a control unit for determining an exercise intensity state indicating a state of the intensity of the predetermined exercise load with respect to the user, based on the detected movement of the user; and an exercise intensity state correcting command transmission unit for transmitting an exercise intensity state correcting command for correcting the determined exercise intensity state to the balance training device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
