<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that detects that an open/close body has been opened when power to be supplied to the game machine is shut off. <P>SOLUTION: A Pachinko machine includes a main control device 162, and various processing is carried out in a CPU 311 mounted on the main control device 162. The Pachinko machine also includes a first monitor 251 for monitoring the open/close operation of a front door frame, and a second monitor 252 for monitoring the open/close operation of a game machine main part. The monitors 251, 252 are electrically connected to the main control device 162. The detecting state of each of the monitors 251, 252 at power shut off, is stored in an RAM 313 of the main control device 162.
