[Problem] To provide an interference wave signal removal device capable of reliably removing interference wave signals. [Solution] An interference wave signal removal unit (50) comprising a control unit (51), a notch filter (52), a global frequency scanning unit (53), and a local frequency scanning unit (54). The control unit (51) detects interference wave signal frequencies from the results of frequency scanning by the global frequency scanning unit (53), and sets the notch filter (52) so as to attenuate the relevant interference wave signal frequency. The local frequency scanning unit (54) frequency scans a local frequency band including an attenuation band for the notch filter (52), from the notch filter (52) input signals. The control unit (51) detects the frequency drift for the interference wave signal frequency from the results of frequency scanning by the local frequency scanning unit (54) and updates the notch filter (52) settings such that the interference wave signal frequency after frequency drift is attenuated.
