<p>Disclosed in the present invention are a mobile phone TV playing error processing method, a server and a mobile phone TV terminal. The method comprises that: when an error occurring in a playing processing link is detected during a playing process, a mobile phone TV terminal enters into an error processing branch of the playing processing link, receives an error type code returned by the error processing branch, and reports the error type code to an error processing server; the error processing server performs classification search in an error encoding-error processing mode database according to the error type code, acquires an error processing mode and performs error processing. The present invention, by means of an interaction between a terminal and a server, realizes orientation and processing of mobile phone TV playing problems, achieves the object of quick orientation and processing of mobile phone TV problems, shortens periods of orientation and processing of problems, reduces costs of problem orientation and terminal upgrade, and increases a degree of approval of a mobile phone TV by users.</p> |
