<p>The invention discloses a composition and the use thereof, wherein the composition comprises endostatin which serves as a delivery system and chemically synthesized RNAi molecules. The composition comprises endostatin recombinant protein which carries +5 to +15 charges and chemically synthesized RNAi molecules which have - 15 to -55 charges, and the combination of the positive and negative charges from the two makes the composition acquire -20 to +20 charges.</p>
