The system has a receiver-mobile phone embedded at a dashboard of a car and connected with a mobile phone in hand. The mobile phone in hand sends signals i.e. short message service (SMS), to the receiver-mobile phone using keys in the mobile phone in hand. The receiver-mobile phone has its own number that is reached only by the mobile phone in hand. A door lock, a heater or an air-conditioning apparatus, a window lifter and a lighting system are connected to the receiver-mobile phone by a cable. The receiver-mobile phone is supplied with current by a rechargeable battery or a small battery.
