In this calculator, a memory voltage setting unit changes an operation voltage of memory before a processor accesses the memory, said memory voltage setting unit operating by receiving power supply from a sub-power supply circuit. The operation voltage value of the memory is stored in a storage unit that operates by receiving power supply from the sub-power supply circuit.
