摘要 <p>The present invention provides a method and equipment for clock synchronization in a communication system, the method includes: a main reference clock signal is generated according to a received GPS signal and an auxiliary reference clock signal is acquired according to a crystal oscillator of a system CPU. A local clock synchronization signal is generated according to a main reference clock signal when a GPS signal is normal; and the local clock synchronization signal is generated according to the auxiliary reference clock signal when the GPS signal is abnormal. Through the present invention, the auxiliary reference clock signal is acquired by using the crystal oscillator of the system CPU. When the GPS signal is abnormal, the local clock synchronization signal is generated according to the auxiliary reference clock signal, thus the problem of how to process clock synchronization in the circumstances of loss of PP1S interruption in a GPS receiver is solved, and the reliability of the clock synchronization in the communication system is enhanced.</p>
