<p>A method, equipment for implementing Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and an Interactive Voice Response system are provided by the embodiments in the present invention. Wherein, the implementing method comprises: an IVR Self-define Application Server(IVRS AS) determines the current playing voice node after establishing an IVR calling; when said current playing voice node has sub-nodes, said IVRS AS determines the sub-nodes combination of said current playing voice node; said IVRS AS informs the Media Resource Server (MRS)so that the MRS can play said media file after the MRS extracts the corresponding media file of each node in the sub-nodes combination; said IVRS AS performs the corresponding processing according to the attributes of the nodes in said sub-nodes combination after the media file is played. By such method and equipment, the corresponding Interactive Voice Response flow is provided according to different service requirements, at the same time the experience of client is improved.</p> |
