PURPOSE: A hinge apparatus for a fire door is provided to prevent safety accidents due to people tripping over the hinge apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A hinge apparatus for a fire door comprises upper and lower horizontal elongated holes(13,12), a lower hinge unit, an upper hinge unit(4), and a connection bar(5). The upper and lower horizontal elongated holes are horizontally formed in an insertion groove(111) formed at a door side frame(11). The lower hinge unit protrudes from the lower part of the lower horizontal elongated hole toward the door side frame. The lower hinge unit comprises a lower hinge shaft(33). The upper hinge unit protrudes from the lower part of the upper horizontal elongated hole toward the door side frame. The upper hinge unit comprises a lifting hinge shaft(43). The connection bar is fixed to the upper and lower sides of a door(2). |
