The present invention relates to an anticancer peptide derived from ROR , a gene encoding the anticancer peptide, a recombinant vector containing the gene, a host cell transformed with the recombinant vector, and a method of producing an anticancer drug using the host cell. The anticancer peptide is useful for the treatment and prevent of cancers, particularly prostate cancer and colorectal cancer.
