摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an alloy catalyst for a fuel cell is provided to increase activity of a catalyst by increasing a degree of ally through a high-temperature heat treatment process and to form an alloy catalyst of several nanometers with high performance and high durability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an alloy catalyst for a fuel cell comprises: a step of dispersing alloy particle into a mixture solution of water and alcohol, and putting a silica precursor into the dispersion; a step of conducting sol-gel reaction under a base catalyst to obtain silica-coated alloy particles; a step of obtaining carbon-supported silica-coated alloy particles by supporting the silica-coated ally particles in carbon particles; a step of increasing a degree of alloy by heat-treating the carbon-supported silica-coated alloy particles; and a step of removing a silica coating by using fluorine aqueous solution or aqueous solution of inorganic base and surfactant.
