PURPOSE: A prepreg manufacturing device composing of an ultrasonic vibration vacuum lift device and an electron beam heating device is provided to reduce heating temperature, thereby reducing the amount of use of heat energy. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic vibration device(103) and a resonant heat device(104) reduce viscosity of resin. Homogenization flowing rollers(106,107) flow the resin in a water tank. When a fiber material(101) passes through the ultrasonic vibration device and a vacuum absorption degasification plate(105), a high molecule viscosity mixture(102) infiltrates into the fiber material. A resin film is generated in the fiber material. A fiber which equal high molecule resin is coated is generated by a thickness adjusting knife(111).
