PURPOSE: A pulsatory-type pumping equipment for dental cleaner is provided to improve durability of apparatus by combining a separate metal plate and a liner in a cylinder body and a structure deriving distance between a rotary body and distance at pumping and to be easily produced and to facilitate ex post facto maintenance and repair because of a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A pulsatory-type pumping equipment comprises a plurality of driving gears and idle gears(221,230) operated by a motor(220). An elliptical distance-deriving structure(251) deriving distance according to eccentric rotation by being connected to an idle gear with larger diameter. A piston(260) is mounted to a piston arm(250) extended along a crosslinked direction with the elliptical distance-deriving structure to spray a mixed liquid mixed in a liquid mixing bath(290) while the piston linearly reciprocating motion by a reciprocating motion or pulsatory method through a nipple for discharging water(274).
