PURPOSE: An agricultural eco-friendly powered plastic sheet layering machine is provided to enable elderly users to easily and simply use the plastic sheet layering machine. CONSTITUTION: An agricultural eco-friendly powered plastic sheet layering machine comprises the following: an operation unit(10) including a handle(11) inducing the direction rotation of a steering wheel(2) on a body(1), and a motor and a battery supplying driving force to a driving wheel(3) of the body; a plastic sheet discharging unit(20) including a storage roll(21) and a guide roll(22) layering a plastic sheet(V) on the ground, and an adjusting unit adjusting the height in between the plastic sheet and the ground; a soil covering unit(30) closely attaching the plastic sheet on the ground, and covering the plastic sheet with soil; and a manipulation unit(40) including a control panel(41) for controlling the driving force of the operation unit and the soil covering unit, and a switch(45) connected to the control panel.
