<p>The sensor i.e. active four-transistor complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor (200), has a common selection circuit associated with a set of pixels (11a, 11b) and coupled to output of a transducer transistor. The common selection circuit includes amplifier circuits (208a, 208b) for generating amplified voltage signals from voltage signals. The amplifier circuits are arranged within an image field (205) viewed in projection along direction of exposure of the pixels. The common selection circuit includes evaluation circuits (210a) arranged on the sensor outside image field.</p> |
