PURPOSE: A granule manufacturing device is provided to allow wide-ranged, accurate, and convenient temperature control by using a gas furnace and an electric furnace at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A granule manufacturing device comprises a gas furnace(100), an electric furnace(200), and a water tank(400). The gas furnace heats a solid granule material first using a gas torch(110) and discharges the liquefied granule material. The electric furnace heats the liquefied granule material delivered from the gas furnace secondly using an electric heater(210) at a higher temperature than the gas furance and discharges the heated granule material. The water tank cools the heated granule material discharged from the electric furnace to obtain granules. |
