摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of salted pollack intestine containing salted pollack roe and mycelial culture liquid of Phellinus linteus is provided to improve the immunity of eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of salted pollack intestine containing salted pollack roe and mycelial culture liquid of Phellinus linteus comprises the following steps: obtaining the intestine from fresh pollack, and washing the intestine; mixing 100 parts of intestine by weight with 15-30 parts of salt by weight, and aging the mixture for 1-3 days; removing foreign materials from the aged pollack intestine, and cutting the pollack intestine into 1-3cm; adding 5-10 parts of salt by weight to cut pollack intestine, and aging the mixture at -2-0 deg. C for 4 weeks; mixing 90-95wt% of aged pollack intestine and 5-10wt% of pollack roe, and aging the mixture at -2-0 deg. C for 1-4 weeks; mixing 60-85wt% of pollack intestine mixture, 5-10wt% of mycelial culture liquid of Phellinus linteus, and 10-30wt% of seasonings; and aging the mixture for 1-4 weeks, and packaging.
