<p>PURPOSE: An animal feed excipient and a producing method thereof are provided to control the intestinal flora when feeding the animal feed excipient with the feed for promoting the growth of animals. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an animal feed excipient comprises the following steps: mixing 2.53-3.05wt% of molasse, 27.35wt% of rice bran, 27.35-32.08wt% of corn husk powder, and 34.99-42.77wt% of wheat bran to obtain a first composition(S100); mixing 72wt% of first composition, 27wt% of water, and 1wt% of culture solution of effective microorganisms including bacillus subtilis, lactobacillus, and yeast to obtain a second composition(S110); and inserting the second composition into a microorganism culturing device, and culturing the of effective microorganisms for 24-72 hours at 15-25 deg. C(S120).
