PURPOSE: A light emitting device and an electronic device using the same are provided to regularly maintain a gap between substrates by arranging a spacer, a fixing part, and a chromatic layer to be overlapped. CONSTITUTION: A first peeling layer(101) and a pixel electrode(118) are formed on a first substrate(100). A partition wall(124) covering a peripheral portion of the pixel electrode is formed. A spacer(126) consisting of optical absorption materials is formed on the partition wall. A layer(120) including an organic compound is formed on the pixel electrode, the partition wall, and the spacer. An electrode(122) having light transmittance is formed on the layer including the organic compound.
