PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device is provided to improve light reflectivity of an electrode and light efficiency of a device by including a thin film layer of inorganic material having non-conductive property. CONSTITUTION: An anode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A thin film layer(120) is formed on the anode. The thin film layer is comprised of transparent material which can pass light reflected on the anode and light which is entered from a light emitting layer. A hole injection layer(130) and a hole transporting layer(140) are formed on the thin film layer. A light-emitting layer(150) and an electron transport layer(160) are formed on the hole transporting layer. A cathode(170) is formed on the electron transport layer.
