PURPOSE: A broadcasting information offering method and an apparatus thereof using a special channel are provided to supply a broadcasting information image based on a user by easily confirming a broadcasting image according to a favorite channel. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting providing apparatus generates a broadcasting information image(S210). The broadcasting providing apparatus broadcasts broadcasting data through a broadcasting information channel(S220). A broadcasting receiving terminal extracts a broadcasting image according to channels from the received broadcasting information image(S230). The broadcasting receiving terminal generates a new favorite broadcasting information image by using the extracted favorite broadcasting image(S240).
