PURPOSE: A form for construction is provided to form a wall without additional finishing work by installing a fixing member in insertion grooves formed on first and second panels. CONSTITUTION: A form(100) for construction comprises panel members(110), connection units(140), and a fixing member(170). The panel members are composed of first and second panels(120,130) facing each other. The connection units are assembled on the facing surfaces of the first and second panels. The fixing member is installed in the first and second panels to be coupled to the connection units. The fixing member has a plate-shaped body(172), a concave portion(174), first and second slits(176,178), and a screw hole(180). The concave portion is formed in the body. The first and second slits are formed in the concave portion. The screw hole is arranged on the center of the body to be longitudinally separated from the concave portion.
