<p>The device has a U-shaped cover (3) including branches forming first and second longitudinal flanges (31, 32), which extend from sides of a construction part e.g. sleeper wall (1). A U-shaped hook (2) including two legs (21, 22) is covered by the cover. The second flange of the cover has a longitudinal groove (321) opened at a side formed by the cover. One of the legs of the hook has projections (221) e.g. beads, projecting toward outside the hook. The projections are housed within the groove of the second flange of the cover in a covering state of the hook.</p> |
