The insertion tube comprises a layer made of glass fibers, which are soaked with a reaction mass (16) thermosetted by UV-containing radiation (4). An absorption coefficient (alpha ) of the insertion tube for the UV-containing radiation is reduced by using a convenient black wash on the glass fibers in such a way that a peroxide reaction mass is curable with a tube thicknesses of greater than 10 mm with the UV-containing radiation. The black wash has an increased solubility in the reaction mass, and is releasable reduced by a solvent material portion. A portion of organic substances on the glass fibers exhibiting the black wash is less than 1.2%. The absorption coefficient (alpha ) of the insertion tube is present in a wavelength range of 300-500 nm with a room temperature of less than 250 1/m. The black wash comprises: an adhesion promoter that is organofunctional silane with the portion of greater than 0.1 and less than 2% related to a mass of the black wash; and a wetting agent to enhance the wetting of the glass fibers with the black wash by reducing a surface tension. The UV-containing radiation has a wavelength of greater than 300 nm and less than 500 nm.
|
