PURPOSE: A highly flame-retardant benzoxazine resin composition is provided to maximize flame retardance because char generation is remarkably high than existing benzoxazine compounds. CONSTITUTION: A highly flame-retardant benzoxazine resin composition is a thermosetting resin with a benzoxazine structure indicated in chemical formula 1 and comprises bisphenol-F in backbone. In chemical formula 1, each of R is an aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, or substituted or unsubstituted C1-C8 alkyl group. The benzoxazine resin composition consists of 35-40 weight% of a phenol compound, 25-30 weight% of an aldehyde compound, and 30-40 weight% of amine per 100.0 weight% of the benzoxazine resin composition.
