PURPOSE: A pulley device for pulling a rope is provided to reduce the weight and coupling time of equipment. CONSTITUTION: A pulley device for pulling a rope comprises a male pulley(100) and a female pulley(200). The male pulley comprises a body unit(110) and a protrusion unit(120). The body unit comprises a first coupling hole and a second coupling hole. A pulley is formed on the end of the protrusion unit and is protruded from the center of the body unit in a predetermined length. The female pulley includes a body unit(210) and a pulley(250). The protrusion part of the male pulley is inserted into the insertion part of the female pulley.
