PURPOSE: A recording medium recording a program executing a remote controlling method, the remote controlling method and a device of a terminal are provided to store all processes of remote control capable of use of certification and after management, thereby increasing security about the remote control. CONSTITUTION: A communication block(220) monitors remote access of a control terminal and receives access information and a remote control command. A video recording block(227) records a screen of a controlled terminal in a video file. A control information management block(231) generates remote control information by using the access information. A screen display executing block(233) displays the remote control information on a set display area of a screen of the controlled terminal. A control execution block(235) executes remote control of the controlled terminal according to the remote control command.
